FEATURED PROJECTS
Projects We Champion
Our work takes shape in the places where music lives, on historic stages, along riverbanks, in recording studios, and inside classrooms. Harper House Music Foundation supports projects that share our belief that music deserves a permanent and vital place in our culture.
This means serving as stewards of the Criterion Theatre, one of coastal Maine's most beloved and storied venues; producing the Hudson River Music Festival, a celebration of community and song rooted in the legacy of Pete and Toshi Seeger; investing in Silver Manhattan, Jesse Malin's deeply personal return to New York's rock and roll story; and funding the Sound of Culture, a new music education curriculum created by Mike Montali of Fantastic Cat and brought to life with our support.
Each project is different in form, but connected by the same conviction: that music, performed, preserved, and taught, changes lives.
